LaunchLedger workflow guide
Create a website launch handover checklist with evidence
A handover checklist should tell the next person what was observed and what still needs verification. A single score can hide that distinction. A page report with a capture time and a concrete reason for each result makes the scope easier to review.
A practical check
- Capture the page after it has rendered. Choose whether it is intended to be indexed and which presence checks apply.
- Review title, description, canonical, H1 count, robots meta, image alt attributes, detectable labels and duplicate IDs.
- Export the report and retain separate results for link reachability, server headers, performance and complete accessibility.
Example
Title: present — Spring collection Robots meta: needs attention — noindex, follow Link HTTP status: not tested
Know the scope
LaunchLedger checks one captured page. Its portable HTML report can be printed to PDF in a browser. The report is evidence of the selected checks on that input at that time; it is not an accessibility certification, security audit or complete crawl. If the website changes after capture, capture it again.
