14-day refund policy

When paid sales open, you may request a full refund within 14 days of each charge from My licenses. The request is sent automatically to the payment provider; approval and refund settlement may take additional time. An approved full refund ends access for the refunded period. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Stop the next renewal

Use My licenses → Manage renewal and invoices to open the payment provider’s portal and cancel renewal. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed charge. A scheduled cancellation keeps access through the confirmed paid billing period while the subscription remains active. Immediate cancellation ends paid access immediately. Paused and past-due subscriptions have no paid access until they return to active status.
